Stand-up Paddle Board Yoga

(commonly known as SUP)

Imagine practicing at water level. Paddle Boarding is the closest we can get to walking on water, and it adds an incredible element to our regular practice. The view, sound of the water, wind, birds, trees, the sun on our skin with the water giving us a perfect anecdote to cool us off, all creates a connection to nature that helps us outdoor lovers connect to ourselves. It's a fun and unique experience not to be missed this summer. 

No yoga or PaddleBoard experience is necessary. Life vests provided as well.
