Amitji Lecture at Grosse Pointe Studio – January 4, 2014

TWENTY QUALITIES OF A PERFECT HUMAN BEING by Amitji, senior disciple of Swami Parthasarthy

Many people are driven by the quest for perfection. Yet it is not easy to understand what perfection in a human being is. How does one achieve it? How would a perfect human being conduct himself in life – at home, at work, in society? What happens within him? How does he relate to the world? What is the impact of the world on him? How does he face the challenges of life? What is his mission in life?

Chapter 13 of Bhagavad Gita captures human perfection succinctly. It enunciates 20 qualities of a perfect human being. One can apply these in day to day life to achieve harmony, peace and success in any endeavor.

Amitji is a senior disciple of Swami Parthasarthy. An MBA from India’s premier business school, he earlier completed a successful corporate and business career before dedicating his life to the full time study, research and propagation of Vedanta in 1997.
