Choose a Yoga Shelter Class

  • It’s not necessary to be flexible – if you are flexible enough to walk in the room; you are flexible enough to practice yoga
  • Read our class descriptions, then find a location near you and check class schedules to find a convenient time

Before & During your Yoga Shelter Class 

BEFORE & During class

  • Arrive 5-10 min. early to fill out a quick registration form and get settled – no need to pre-register
  • Wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind sweating in
  • Bring a yoga mat (or rent one of ours), a bottle of water and a towel – all are available for purchase at the studio
  • Try not to eat 1-2 hours prior to class. If you must eat something – choose something small, like a piece of fruit
  • Leave your cell phone outside the door
  • Ask questions – We’re here for YOU

After your Yoga Shelter Class
